Mr Kyeremanten who is seeking to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) into the 2024 elections is in the region to explain his policies to voters and also meet with delegates of the party.

The charged youth numbering hundreds met with the affable Presidential hopeful and pleaded with him not to give up on his ambition as according to them, ‘Alan is the only person who can redeem Ghana now’.

“No Alan, No vote; No Alan, No Vote…,” they chanted repeatedly upon sighting the man who is credited for introducing the Friday wear in their region.

“We want Alan because we believe he is the only one can help the NPP to break the eight and we repeat that we would not accept anyone as Flagbearer apart from Alan Kyeremanten…,” they charged.

Alan who is credited for spearheading the various Presidential Special Initiatives (PSIs) under former President John Kufour and also seeing to the successful implementation of several Trade policies under the Akufo-Addo administration is in the Oti Region for a one-day tour.
