Former Member of Parliament (MP) for La-Dadekotopon, Nii Amasah Namoale, has described Ken Ofori-Atta as the most ‘clueless’ person to have occupied the Finance Ministry.
Speaking on Angel Morning Show on Monday, the former Law Maker said Mr Ofori-Atta has demonstrated through his actions that he is not fit to manage the country’s finances.
“Ken Ofori-Atta is clueless, I won’t call him a liar but his just empty. He is only good at collecting ‘susu’…,” he told host Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah.
Nii Amasah Namoale further wondered why the MPs who had wanted him removed as Finance Minister did not pursue that agenda since happenings in this country has shown that he doesn’t deserve to heard the Finance Ministry.
“Under this man, Members of Parliament wanted to throw him away but Nana Addo said he would get rid of him after the IMF deal but why is he still at post…?,” he asked.
Ken Ofori-Atta’s critics have said that the country wouldn’t have run to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a bail out if he had managed the country’s finances very well.
