Coordinator for the National School Feeding Program, Mrs Gertrude Quarshigah, has died, Angelonline.com.gh can confirm.
A close family source told this portal that Mrs Quarshigah died earlier morning, Sunday, November 12, 2023, after battling an undisclosed illness.
She was appointed Deputy Coordinator of the school feeding program when the Nana Akufo-Addo government assumed office in 2017 and became the Acting Coordinator subsequently.
She was the widow of former Health Minister under the John Agyekum Kufuor administration..
