Two suspected robbers have been arrested by the police after they were seen in a viral video brandishing weapons and threatening to harm potential victims who will attempt resisting them during their robbery operations.
According to the police, the two -Kwame Sarpong and Ibrahim Mohammed- were arrested on Sunday, November 19, 2023.
The ‘Aputuogya gangsters’ as they are popularly known, were nabbed at their hideout in Aputuogya, Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region.
They are currently in police custody, assisting with investigations.
