National Organizer of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Henry Nana Boakye popularly known in the political cycles as Nana B, has said the ‘Agenda 111 Hospitals’ initiative of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo remains a promise to be fulfilled.

He noted that at least 60 of these edifices which are under construction will be completed and handed over for use in the coming months.

President Akufo-Addo under the Agenda 111 initiative promised to construct 101 district hospitals, 6 regional hospitals, and psychiatric hospitals in the country to boost the country healthcare sector.

However, these promises made have not been fully delivered as expected leaving some Ghanaians doubting the agenda.

Speaking on the Angel Morning Show on Monday, February 12, 2024, Mr. Nana Boakye told the show host, Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah that, the President still has the promise at heart to constructing he hospitals across the nation.

“All said and done, the Agenda 111 edifices to be ready for use sooner. It is unprecedented,: he stated.

He added: “No government has ever invested in such health facilities so heavily before.”
