Group Chairman of the CBS Group of Companies, Apostle Dr. Cephas Quarshie has hinted that Cereno Homes is set to redefine the Housing System in Ghana with a comprehensive construction of units to suit all sectors.

He disclosed to the media that his outfit is committed to helping the government deal with the housing deficit in the country with the construction of affordable and durable houses, apartments hotels hostels for short and long stay and of ultra modern holiday destinations for visitors as well.

“The importance of housing in a nation’s economic and social development cannot be over-estimated. Housing is the key element in the generation of economic growth and development. As a result, it has had a strong positive impact on the growth and development of many societies in the world but this is not the case in Ghana. The country has been suffering for many years in trying to solve the housing situation through so many programmes and policies but to no avail. The consequences have resulted in a housing deficit of well over one million houses. It was against this background that we have emerged and are providing solutions”, he disclosed.

He disclosed that Cereno Homes currently boasts of various facilities in Accra, Keta in the Volta Region of Ghana and Tema that best suit income holders of various backgrounds.

“Cereno Homes is here to roll out housing policies in the country that accommodate the financial conditions of every potential homeowner especially the working class who do not need to burden themselves with contracting loans for housing”, he stressed
