The Founder and Owner of Osagyefuo Multimedia, Nana Osagyefuo, has added his voice to the discussion about the LGBTQ practice among some Ghanaians in the country indicating there is more to it.

Speaking on the Y’adwuma Nie show with Ohemaa Woyeje on Angel FM, Osagyefuo said though the Ghanaian culture is against same sex relationship, reasons among some youth indulging in such practices must be thoroughly checked.

According to him, some individuals practising LGBTQ is partly due to financial difficulties.

“It is an abomination for a man or a woman to have intimate relations with the same gender, making it very difficult for them to cease such actions. Some individuals do it because they lack money,” he said on the Monday edition of the day.

Nana Osagyefuo further expressed confusion regarding the concept of same-gender intimate relationships, particularly questioning the preference for a same-gender partner who exhibits traits of the opposite gender.

He also cited Proverbs 30:19 from the Bible, labelling intimate relations with the same gender as an abomination and highlighting the challenges individuals face in ceasing such behaviour once initiated.
