Ghanaian Gospel singer, Great Ampong, has asked Ghanaians to watch out for him as he seeks to set the gospel industry ablaze with mouthwatering and captivating tracks that will get music lovers’ awe.

According to him, although he has been silent in recent times, he set sights on bringing out more songs under the year of review to keep his music career vibrant.

Great Ampong said “Ghanaians should watch out for me because this year is going to be fire and fire. For this year, it is going to be great and great with songs that would be more powerful than my previous songs.”

The “Onyame Akatua” hitmaker said the yet-to-be-released songs are being backed spiritually by the power of God.

“You have to acquire spiritual backing from God that is what will make the song a hit. It might sound good in your ears, but if it is not being backed by a spiritual power, the song might not garner the reaction you need from people,” Great Ampong told Angelonline in an exclusive interview.

He further emphasised gospel musicians seeking help when it is necessary adding “Not everybody has all the talents, some are songwriters, some are singers, and some have good voices.”

The gospel musician used the platform and cautioned upcoming musicians to be vigilant to avoid mistakes that will have negative effects on their careers.
