Head of Accra Hearts of Oak, Aboubakar Ouattara, has argued that he is not under pressure despite the team’s recent poor form in the Ghana Premier League.
Although the club suffered defeat at the hands of bitter rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday, May 26, 2024, the coach believes he is personally not under pressure as perceived by many.
Expressing his frustration about the happenings at the club, Coach Aboubakar Ouattara asserted, it is the team as a whole experiencing the pressure and not him individually.
“The reality of the football, you can’t score, you can’t play well. We didn’t take our chance. Kotoko were the good side and congratulations to them. We play badly once again. No, I am not under pressure, the team is under pressure. We are under pressure.”
He added: “Don’t take me alone, take the team, we are under pressure because we need the points to survive.”
