Veteran Highlife artiste, Kaakyire Kwame Appiah has confidently predicted victory for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the presidential elections on December 7th.

According to him, many people will be shocked by the election outcome when the Electoral Commissioner, Jean Mensah, declares the results in favour of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate.

The veteran musician explained that, the widespread support for Dr. Bawumia from Christians, Muslims, Traditional leaders, and the general populace is a clear indication of his impending victory.

“Christians are saying Bawumia should continue from where Akufo-Addo has gotten to, Muslims are saying the same, including Traditional leaders and most Ghanaians,” he remarked in an interview on Cape Coast’s Property FM.

Kaakyire Kwame Appiah expressed confidence that, after the election results are announced, people will be surprised by Dr. Bawumia’s win.

“On this same station, I know you’ll call me again after the election for an interview to inform me that what I said, that Bawumia will win, has happened, which is true” he added.
