On July 24, 2024, Angelonline.com.gh carried a publication with the headline above, in which Roberta Ama Anokye, a Ghanaian UK-based practicing solicitor, accused some persons including the Lands Commission over alleged resale of parcels of lands she legally acquired at Otano, Adjiringano, some 22 years ago.
In the said report, Madam Anokye accused Dr Harry Kpornu-Dawson, the police, lawyer John Jerry Asiedu, former Tema High Court Judge Emmanuel Ankamah, Lands Commission, among others.
However, further checks and related developments suggests the publication is a misrepresentation of the facts on ground.
Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN), operators of Angelonline.com.gh, hereby, retracts the earlier report and renders an unqualified apology to the personalities mentioned in the earlier publication.
