The Deputy National Communications Officer of the NDC, Godwin Ako Gunn, has stated that the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has nothing backing its many campaign promises.
In his remarks on the Angel Morning Show with Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah on Thursday, 19th September 2024, the NDC’s communications officer took a swipe at the NPP.
He accused them of being dishonest, pointing out that other political parties, such as the Movement for Change and the NDC, have their policies clear and transparent for everyone to understand.
He emphasized that these leaders took the time to present their plans straightforward, leaving no room for ambiguity.
Ako Gunn further questioned why the NPP has not done the same, arguing that their failure to do so raises doubts about the credibility of their promises.
He further stated, “Others have clearly read out their policies for everyone to hear, so why can’t the NPP do the same?”
“It only proves that they have no evidence to back their promises,” he said.
