Prominent Ghanaian Business consultant and politician, Dr. Papa Kwasi Nduom, has issued a stern warning to fund managers and beneficiaries whom he claims have taken over his properties and financial institutions in Ghana through dubious means.
On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, Dr. Nduom expressed deep frustration over what he views as an unlawful takeover of his hard-built enterprises, which he says were developed through legitimate legal processes in Ghana.
Dr. Nduom, who has been at the forefront of building financial institutions such as Gold Fund Unit Trust, GN bank and few others emphasized that these organizations were created with years of hard work, significant investment and personal sacrifices.
He questioned how entities he had no affiliation with could assume managerial control and seek to rebrand such institutions without having contributed to their current stature.
“Gold Fund Unit Trust is now being run by another fund manager. How did they become beneficiaries of the fund…? They are even trying to change the name of the fund,” he said with visible frustration.,” Dr Nduom said in another Facebook address titled “Disappointed but not Discouraged.”
This latest statement marks the third public address Dr. Nduom has delivered on social media, appealing to Ghanaians for support in his fight to regain control over his companies.
He emphasized his commitment to reclaiming his institutions, insisting that no one should profit off the sacrifices of others without acknowledgment.
“A time will come; we will show up and demand what is ours” he added, cautioning those currently in control.
As Dr. Nduom prepares for the next steps in his legal and public campaigns, he remains undeterred, rallying support from Ghanaians to restore the integrity of his financial establishments.
His message resonated strongly, hinting at a determined comeback to reclaim what he believes rightfully belongs to him.
