The 2024 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia says he will make Ghana a medical health tourist center if he wins power.
Addressing chiefs, clergy, Muslim clerics at Sekyere Kumawu in the Ashanti region Sunday, November 17, 2024, he said the initiative will make Ghana an enviable nation among its peers.
“Ghana with our Agenda 111, we will set up a medical tourist destination in the sub region. We will get first class machinery people will come to this country for our medical tourism,” he stated.
The Agenda 111 project are at various stages of completion, he said will be be the main drivers of this vision.
Dr Bawumia further promised the people of Sekyere Kumawu that his government will in furtherance of this vision, build a Nursing Training school in the constituency when he is voted for as President.
“Nana, what you are also concerned about is nursing training college, the most happy issue now is that the nursing training college has been approved,” Bawumia stated.
