President John Dramani Mahama has announced his first set of ministerial nominations for his National Democratic Congress (NDC) led-administration
The current Majority Leader, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson is Minister-designate for the Ministry of Finance.
John Abdulai Jinapor is nominated as Minister-designate for Energy, while Dominc Ayine is the Attorney General and Minister of Justice designate.
These nominees would be vetted by Parliament’s Appointments Committee and sworn in to start their official duties in their respective ministries if approved.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Presidency Communications and signed by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Spokesperson to the President.
