The President and Founder of Angel Group of Companies, Dr. Kwaku Oteng has dismissed assertions that he influences his media personalities to attack leaders.
Speaking exclusively to Saddick Adams on the Angel Morning Show, he stated categorically that he does not interfere with what presenters say on air unless necessary.
“Most people who are criticized on my stations blame me whenever something goes wrong, meanwhile, I have no idea about these matters” he said.
I only intervene when I notice that something is being aired wrongly, and that is when I step in to correct whoever is responsible for the mistake” he added.
Dr. Oteng acknowledged that he does not portrays traits of an autocratic leader who dictates to his employees what is aired.
He added his relationship with his employees were at its best and that he has never wronged any of his former or current employees.
“I have never wronged any of them, and they can attest to that, just as I have not wronged those currently working with me” he added.
He however expressed worry about how some media personalities attack him immediately they part ways with his company, but he chooses to remain silent.
“Some media personalities insult me after they cut ties with me but I am always silent whenever it happens” he stated.
