The Ghana Police Service has detained and interdicted Police Constable Alonsi Elizabeth for causing harm to her colleague officer.
The suspect according to the police, poured hot water on a female colleague following an argument between them.
“She is currently in custody and will be taken through both internal disciplinary processes and the due processes at the court of law,” a police statement said.
Meanwhile, the victim who sustained injuries to parts of her face and her back is in a stable condition and continues to receive medical attention and support.
