Twin brothers specialized in spiritual and life coach in mysticism, have stressed the importance spiritual practitioners to embrace “self-care.”

The ‘Mystic Twins’ as they are popularly known, said on the ‘Y’aduma Nie’ midmorning show on Angel 102.9 FM, that engaging in spiritual work can have a draining effect on one’s energy.

It also involves offering prayers and imparting knowledge, they shared with host of the programme, DJ Ohemaa Woyeje on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

“If you don’t take time to care for yourself to recharge and recollect your energies, you’ll age prematurely, your life will be cut short, and your destiny will be doomed,” they cautioned.

According to them, Jesus Christ’s ministry on earth was so fast because, He knew he will not keep long on earth.

“Jesus Christ worked quickly because He knew his time on earth was short. But for us, we prioritise sharing enlightenment because we’re here for the long while,” they he added.
