A Level 100 student of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), identified as Nicholas Kumi, has reportedly committed suicide, following heartbreaking incidents involving his girlfriend.
According to the report, the young man allegedly saw his girlfriend engaging in a sexual encounter with another man at GUSSS Hall Two.
However, it is believed that the emotional trauma from the incident led him to hang himself.
Meanwhile, the deceased was affiliated with GUSSS Hall One, studying Art Education at the University of Education, Winneba.
The report indicated that police have started their investigation, while the young lady involved in the incident has reportedly been arrested to assist the police with further inquiries.
