Reggae and dancehall artiste, Samini has shared his thoughts on development and politics in a recent interview.

According to him, if he was to get involved in politics, he would prioritize the needs of his community, particularly those in the northern regions who lack access to basic infrastructure.

“I would rather go and grade my dusty potholes up north than focus on asphalt overlay,” Samini stated.

He continued: “It would make more sense to make streets on dusty roads.”
