The Ghana Water Company Limited has announced a scheduled supply interruption from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, July 4, 2025.
This is due to emergency repair works to be undertaken at the Kpong Treatment Plant, management of the water company said in a statement issued Thursday, July 3.
The areas affected will include parts of Dodowa, Oyarifa, Madina, Adenta, Ashaley Botwe, East Legon, Abokobi, Haatso, Agbogba, Ashongman, and surrounding regions.
Management, therefore, entreats its customers in the aforementioned areas to store sufficient water in advance of the shutdown.
The management assures its customers that the water supply will resume promptly upon the completion of the necessary works.
“We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause,” it stated.
