Black Queens continued their celebratory homecoming with a visit to the Jubilee House – Ghana’s office of the Presidency on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

The team were warmly received by President John Dramani Mahama and Vice President Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang.

CAF 2nd Vice President and GFA President Kurt Okraku, Minister of Sports and Recreation Kofi Adams, and other top officials were leaders of delegation for the team.

The team was commended for their discipline, determination, and for proudly representing Ghana on the African stage.

President Mahama praised the Queens for their footballing excellence and for inspiring a new generation of girls.

“The Black Queens have shown us what is possible when hard work, vision, and belief come together. Your achievement is a national one, and we are proud of each of you. This medal is only the beginning,” he said.

“With support and the right structures, I believe you will bring home a higher medal and the ultimate trophy.”
