The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has granted bail to former Board Chairman of the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), Paul Adom-Otchere.
According to the OSP, its decision to grants the him followed accepted revised bail conditions proposed by legal counsel for Mr. Otchere.
“The revised terms, which meet the objectives of the original bail conditions, have been secured by the Jospong Group of Companies, acting as surety,” the OSP confirmed on X formerly of Twitter.
The OSP added that although the accused has been granted bail he remains under active investigation.
