B5 Plus Group and Delhi Public School (DPS) International have announced full scholarships for the children of the victims of the tragic helicopter crash, providing a lifeline for their education and future.

At a brief but solemn presentation at the Office of the Chief of Staff, Hon. Julius Debrah, representing the Presidency, described the gesture as “a true act of corporate responsibility and compassion.”

The scholarship package is extensive: two children of each victim will receive full educational support at DPS International School in Tema, covering tuition, uniforms, and boarding, up to ‘A’ Level.

Beyond academics, the school is known for nurturing resilience, excellence, and global opportunities.

The Presidential Advisor on Legal, Mrs. Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong, lauded the initiative, calling it “a priceless investment in the future.”

She praised DPS International as one of Ghana’s top institutions, producing world-class graduates.

She recalled that her niece excelled there, and cited the shining example of Oheneba Kwame Kyeretwie, son of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, now at Wesleyan University in the USA, studying Astronomy after graduating with distinction.

“This act will be greatly welcomed by His Excellency the President,” she affirmed, “because it reflects his vision of ensuring education for all, while paying respect to public servants who gave their lives.”

In tragedy, a pathway of hope has been carved. The B5 Plus–DPS scholarship will stand as a legacy of compassion, proving that when the private sector and government unite, the nation’s future can indeed be brighter.
