An Accra-based ambulance allegedly being used to transport substances believed to be narcotics, has been intercepted at Labadi in Accra, Angelonline.com.gh has learned.
Sources close to the Accra Regional Police Command told Angel News that the vehicle in question is a privately owned ambulance with registration number GX 277-20.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, following a police operation in the area.
The Greater Accra Regional Police Command is expected to address the media later Thursday to provide further details on the incident.
