Hotwav launches durable smartphones in Ghana

Hotwav, a leading brand in electronic consumer goods with a product line that includes smart and rugged phones, has officially launched its durable smartphones in Ghana.

The launch event, held on Friday, September 12, 2025, marked a strategic partnership between Hotwav and Onesta Limited.

The occasion also featured the unveiling of a new range of mobile phones designed to support traders and businesses in embracing technological advancement.

The launch was officiated by Dr. Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, former Minister of Communications and Trade, Board Chairman of Onesta Ltd, and Chairman of the African AI Conference.

In his remarks, Dr. Spio-Garbrah emphasized the role of technology in driving business growth and urged Ghanaians to adopt innovative products like Hotwav smartphones.

Maxwell Commey, Director and Shareholder of Onesta Limited, underscored the quality of the Hotwav brand, noting that it is here to stay.

He highlighted key features of the phones, including water resistance, drop durability, and long-lasting battery life.

Mr. Commey added that Hotwav phones stand out for their reliability and resilience, distinguishing them from other brands on the market.
