President John Dramani Mahama has urged newly sworn-in High Court Justices to help end the culture of needless adjournments and delays that slow down justice delivery across the country.
Speaking during the swearing in of new high court justices at the Presidency, he said justice must never bend toward wealth or privilege but remain rooted in truth and fairness.
He emphasized that the true measure of Ghana’s greatness lies in how the nation treats its most vulnerable citizens.
President Mahama urged the newly sworn-in justices to ensure that every citizen who appears before them believes their fate rests solely on the evidence and the law, and not on influence or personal connections.
President Mahama noted that government is reforming court processes, modernizing judicial infrastructure, and expanding e-justice platforms to enhance speed, transparency, and access to justice.
