The Reaching Out Foundation, founded by a young philanthropist, Peggy Ellis, has brought smiles to the faces of young orphans at ‘Save Them Young Orphanage’ in Tema – Golf City.

The foundation donated essential items to the orphanage as part of its efforts to support the poor, needy, and vulnerable.

Miss Ellis, who also doubles as the President, explained that the visit aimed to show love, compassion, and solidarity to the children, emphasizing they are not alone.

“We help kids; that is our main objective, so we came here to make them feel comfortable even without people to help them.

“We are here to make them feel okay and also make them know we are with them wherever they are,” she stated on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the donation.

The Patroness of the Reaching Out Foundation, Reverend Marian Kwarteng also encouraged the young ones to be obedient to their caregivers, reiterating that they were in the orphanage for a purpose and should take advantage of the training to become better citizens and build a brighter future.

The donation drive reflects the foundation’s commitment to bringing joy to those in need, aligning with their mission to support and uplift vulnerable communities.

The visit showcased the power of kindness and compassion in making a difference in young lives.
