Spotify has officially released its most streamed Ghanaian artistes for the year 2025, and award-winning musician Black Sherif has emerged as the most streamed artiste in Ghana for the year.
In a post shared online, Spotify unveiled its 2025 streaming data, with Black Sherif dominating the charts as the country’s most listened to artiste.
The singer’s impressive performance on the global streaming platform reflects his strong influence and growing dominance in the Ghanaian music industry.
Black Sherif achieved this milestone through several hit songs that resonated widely with fans. Some of his most streamed tracks in 2025 include “Sacrifice,” “Soma Obi,” “So It Goes,” “Top of the Morning,” “Lord I’m Amazed,” “Dreamer,” “Eye Open,” and “The Victory Song.”
In addition to topping the artiste chart, Black Sherif also led the most streamed albums in Ghana with his projects “Iron Boy” and “The Villain I Never Was”, further cementing his place at the top of the industry.
Notably, his song “Sacrifice” also emerged as the most shared song in Ghana in 2025, highlighting how deeply his music connects with the everyday experiences and emotions of Ghanaians.
