Asante Kotoko progressed to this stage after staging a massive comeback to beat Future Stars 2-1 in the Round of 64. On the other hand, King Faisal defeated Police National to make it to the Round of 32.
Two-time champions Medeama SC have been paired with Bibiani Gold Stars, as Nations FC hosts FC AshantiGold 04 in another nail-biting encounter.
In other matches, Tamale City will battle Karela United at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, while Heart of Lions clashes with Na God FC in another enthralling fixture.
