Streets, public squares and cafés have become meeting points for fans exchanging chants, stories and predictions.

The energy from local supporters has been particularly noticeable, with Moroccans turning out in large numbers to welcome visiting fans and celebrate the return of AFCON to their country. National pride is evident throughout the city, with flags, jerseys and banners prominently displayed.

The tournament has also brought a significant influx of tourists from Africa and beyond, filling hotels and adding to the festive atmosphere. This surge in visitors has provided a major boost to the local economy, with businesses enjoying increased activity as fans flock to restaurants, markets and entertainment venues.
