President John Dramani Mahama has extended heartfelt Christmas and New Year wishes to Ghanaians ahead of the 2025 and 2026 festive season.

In a festive message shared on his socials Tuesday, December 23, 2025, Mr. Mahama conveyed “Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!” messages to the public ahead of the holiday season.

He used the occasion and expressed gratitude for the renewed trust placed in his leadership and reaffirming his commitment to national development under the #ResettingGhana agenda.

President Mahama described this Christmas as particularly meaningful, marking his first since returning to office.

“I am filled with gratitude for the trust you have placed in my government,” he stated and reasfirmed “We are committed to the #ResettingGhana Agenda to position Ghana on a path of inclusive growth, job creation, accountability, and prosperity.”

He urged citizens to draw inspiration from the hope that Christmas brings, even as the nation works collectively to revive the economy, complete stalled projects, and expand infrastructure.

“Let us work together tirelessly to build a Ghana that works for every citizen,” he added.
