Ikederb Medical Outreach, in collaboration with Accra Novelty, Lions Club, and Neurovoc Africa, extended vital healthcare services and donated food items to children at the Chosen Children’s Centre in Accra.

Spearheaded by Mr. Isaac Amoah, the founder of Ikederb Medical Outreach, the participating organisations provided packs of bottled water and soft drinks, boxes of biscuits, bathing soaps, detergents, toiletries, and essential medicines, among other necessities.

Mr. Amoah underscored that this initiative aims to reaffirm their commitment to supporting vulnerable groups in Ghana.

According to him, the outreach is driven by a deep commitment to service to humanity, sharing love and joy with underprivileged children beyond one’s immediate family.

“Our aim is to serve humanity, and we felt it important to also bring joy to underprivileged children in this festive season, not just our family.

“We hope to put smiles on their faces; we are going to eat with them and enjoy a day full of fun,” Mr. Amoah noted.

Speaking at the event held on Friday, December 26, 2025, at the Chosen Children Centre, Mr. Amoah emphasised that meaningful support does not require great wealth.

He explained that even small contributions can significantly impact the lives of others, encouraging individuals and organisations to lend their support.

“You don’t have to get a lot of money before you can support somebody; the little that you have, you can stretch forth your hands and it will put a great smile on somebody.

“You don’t need to be a billionaire before you do a donation; the little that you have you just support with it,” he urged during his speech.

Mr. Amoah further indicated that the initiative is not a one-time activity, stating that the outreach will be extended to other locations, with plans already underway to target different areas across Ghana next year.

He also called on corporate institutions, non-governmental organisations, and other stakeholders to collaborate with Ikederb Medical Outreach in future programmes to expand its impact nationwide.
