A violent confrontation unfolded at Prophet Jedidia Henry Kore’s (Also known as Fire Oja) church, Zion Prayer Ministry in Accra on Sunday, March 22, 2026, when a group of masked men stormed the premises.

Reports indicate that the men attempted to forcibly take the prophet to the Nai We Shrine over alleged disrespect to traditional customs.

The incident occurred during a church service, but Fire Oja remained calm, instructing congregants to record the chaos while alerting the police.

The situation could have escalated into panic, but the prophet’s composed leadership helped maintain order.

According to reports, the masked men accused Fire Oja of destroying traditional chairs and disregarding local cultural practices.

The prophet has been involved in a dispute with the Nai We Shrine, which had previously summoned him over alleged defamation.

Fire Oja has reported the incident to the police and is demanding the return of money taken from his church and compensation for damaged equipment.
