I’ve not been contacted for Black Stars job – German coach

Former Germany World Cup-winning coach Joachim Löw has denied holding talks with Ghana to replace Otto Addo.

According to him, he has not held any discussions with the Ghana Football Association (GFA) over a possible appointment.

His rebuttal comes in the wake of growing speculation over who occupies the vacant coaching role after the dismissal of Otto Addo.

Mr. Addo’s dismissal stemmed from the Black Stars’ back-to-back defeats to Austria and Germany during the March international break.

Joachim Löw, including Kwesi Appiah, Walid Regragui, Pitso Mosimane, Tom Saintfiet, and Hervé Renard are among the high-profile names making waves.

Speaking to Sky Sports Germany, the former German tactician refuted having any formal contact with the Ghanaian FA.

“No one from Ghana has officially spoken to me,” he stated.
