Keda (Ghana) Company Limited, the largest ceramic tile and sanitary ware manufacturer and exporter in Ghana, has taken a significant step in advancing the country’s industrialisation agenda, strengthening its export footprint into the United States through a high-profile participation at Coverings 2026.

The four-day exhibition, held from March 30 to April 2 in Las Vegas, is the largest and most significant ceramic tile and natural stone conference and exhibition in North America. Taking place in Las Vegas, Coverings 2026 featured hundreds of global exhibitors from nearly 40 countries and set the stage for introducing some of the world’s most innovative tile and stone products.

The event attracted nearly 25,000 distributors, retailers, fabricators, contractors, specifiers, architectural and design professionals, builders, real estate developers, as well as journalists, reporters and bloggers who cover the tile and stone industry.Among the exhibitors, Keda (Ghana) has debuted last year and made history as the first and only ceramic manufacturer from Ghana and across Africa to exhibit at Coverings since the event began in 1990 and made the second appearance this year, underlining its strategic focus and determination on expanding into key export markets, particularly North America, Latin America and Europe.

At the exhibition, the company unveiled a range of innovative ceramic tile products designed to meet international standards and consumer preferences. Featuring modern designs and high-quality finishes that not only lead the market in Ghana but also meet high-end standards in the American and European markets, the products drew significant attention from distributors, contractors and buyers, with the company’s stand emerging as one of the busiest during the event.

Industry stakeholders who engaged with the brand noted the increasing competitiveness of Ghana-manufactured products, highlighting Keda (Ghana)’s ability to combine quality, scale and cost efficiency in meeting global demand. The strong response at the exhibition reflects the growing confidence in Ghana as a viable manufacturing hub for export-oriented industries.

Keda (Ghana)’s participation comes at a time of major expansion within its operations, following the recent ribbon-cutting and groundbreaking ceremony for its glass project, which was honoured by the President of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama on 24th February 2026.

During his visit, the President commended the company’s strong contribution to export growth and particularly praised its expanding footprint in American and European markets. He noted that Keda (Ghana) has effectively delivered on its commitment to export to key destinations, including the United States, Italy, Spain and Latin America.
