The Chairman of Groupe Nduom, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, has lauded the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Gomoa Central Constituency, Kwame Asare Obeng, known as “A Plus,” for his outstanding performance for his constituents.

According to him, the first-time legislator has done well so far in office as an Independent MP.

Mr. Nduom praised the MP, who could not mention the exact achievements; however, it is believed to be linked with his recently organized Gomoa Easter Carnival, which gained public attention and has since become the talk of the town.

The carnival, A Plus, has pledged to make it an annual event, ensuring that it outweighs the famous Kwahu Easter Festival in the Eastern Region, which Ghanaians highly prioritise during that period.

It drew high-profile stars and musicians such as Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Sister Afia, Kwaw Kese, Patapaa, and just to mention a few.

In a Facebook post, Dr. Nduom, who previously served as MP for Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abirem in the Central Region, described A Plus as “MP papa paa” – meaning “Good MP.”

He was, however, quick to move on from his praises to offer advice, urging the Gomoa Central lawmaker to avoid complacency so as not to disappoint them.

“Well done. MP ‘papa paa’. So far, so good. Don’t let us down ooo,” the business consultant, politician, and entrepreneur admonished.

A Plus responded to the post and expressed utmost gratitude to Dr. Nduom for his acknowledgment and advice.

“Thank you Daddy,” he wrote in the comments section of the post by the three-time presidential candidate.
