Hard work won’t make you rich – Prophet Roja

Founder of Roja City Ministry International, Prophet Roja, says large deposits of oil are located in Tema and has called on geologists and land researchers to begin investigations and development work in the area.

Speaking in an exclusive interview on Angel TV and Angel 102.9FM on Thursday, April 16, 2026, he explained that God-given wealth is not limited to gold, cocoa, or galamsey activities but also includes oil resources.

He urged experts in land research to pay attention to what he believes is a divine message and begin exploring the area, stating:

“The lands in in Tema are full of oil, God has blessed this country with great riches.”

According to him, the entire town is sitting on oil deposits, adding that Ghana could soon witness major national transformation if the resources are properly explored and developed.

“The whole town is sitting on oil and soon, God will make Ghana rise to a high level because of the oil.”

He further suggested that future developments could lead to major urban changes, including possible relocation of residents and reconstruction of major roads such as the Aflao highway. He stressed that planning should begin immediately.

“A time is coming when residents in Tema will be relocated, even the road leading to Aflao would be reconstructed,” he said.

Prophet Roja also expressed confidence that such developments, if realized, would strengthen Ghana’s economy to the extent that the country would not need to depend on external financial support such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
