Ghanaian versatile musician, Dav Dee, is gearing up to release his highly anticipated new single, ‘We jack up’ featuring celebrated reggae-dancehall star Ras Kuuku on May 22.

The upcoming song is expected to deliver a bold and motivational message centered on pain, perseverance, faith, and triumph. Blending afrobeat, hip-hop, and street-inspired sounds, ‘We jack up’ captures Dav Dee’s personal experiences with struggle, betrayal, rejection, and survival.

According to the artist, the record reflects difficult moments that could have broken him but instead became the driving force behind his growth and determination. Through emotional lyrics and energetic melodies, the song encourages listeners to remain focused, trust in God, and continue pushing forward despite life’s challenges.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, Dav Dee described the song as a testimony of resilience and hope.

“This song is about surviving the storm. There were times people doubted me, times I felt alone, but I kept believing, kept working, and kept praying. ‘We Jack Up’ is for everybody who never gave up on themselves,” he said.

The collaboration with Ras Kuuku adds another layer of depth and authenticity to the record, bringing together powerful street wisdom, inspiring messages, and infectious energy that is expected to resonate strongly with music lovers across Ghana and beyond.
