The Minister for Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry, Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, has lead a high-level Ghanaian delegation comprising public and private sector representatives to China to promote investment opportunities in Ghana.
Under the directive of the President John Dramani Mahama, Madam Ofosu-Adjare will deliver a keynote address at the China-Ghana Investment Forum.
Her address will focus on the zero-tariff agreement between the two countries, the Ghana Reset Agenda, and market access opportunities under ECOWAS and AfCFTA, while engaging Chinese investors.
She will also lead the delegation on tours of key manufacturing facilities, including recycled industries, plastics, chemical and pharmaceutical plants.
The minister is accompanied by the Deputy Minister for Food and Agriculture Hon. John Dumelo and other senior officials.
