Hiplife musician, Mzbel, has claimed she anticipated the death of actor Kwame Dzokoto, citing concerns about his physical appearance and eating habits.
Speaking on UTV’s Showbiz, the musician said she had become concerned about the actor’s lifestyle and believed he needed to make certain changes to protect his health.
“I saw Kwame Dzokoto’s death coming. I knew that if he did not change certain things about his lifestyle, it would not be long before he died,” she said.
Mzbel explained that Dzokoto’s visibly swollen and firm-looking stomach had raised concerns for her, suggesting that his condition might have affected his breathing.
“If you looked at his stomach, you could see that it was bloated and very hard. There was not enough room in his body for him to breathe properly,” she stated.
The musician also raised concerns about the actor’s eating habits, particularly those portrayed on his ‘Edziban’ programme, which featured food-related content.
Recounting an encounter with Dzokoto at her restaurant, Mzbel described him as a pleasant person but said she was concerned about the variety of foods he combined during meals.
“When he started with the Edziban series, we came to my restaurant, and he was so nice, like he’s so nice. But immediately he started eating, he started combining foods like banku, fufu, noodles, etc., which will be very difficult to digest, and it’s very dangerous,” she said.
