2024 elections: NPP will win 75% valid votes in Anyaa-Sowutuom constituency – Tobbin assures

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary candidate for Anyaa-Sowutuom constituency in the Greater Accra region, Elder Emmanuel Tobbin has assured the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia that the party will win at least 75% of valid votes in the December polls.

Addressing a mini rally at Ablekuma Curve, Elder Tobbin said the party has put enough measures in place to achieve this.

“We want to assure Dr Bawumia that Anyaa-Sowutuom is well prepared for this elections…we are poised for action we will give him nothing less than 75% valid votes…,” he assured.

The vibrant Parliamentary candidate who had on Saturday, August 31, 2024 organised a mammoth health walk in the constituency said the party machinery is well oiled for victory in the December polls.

He assured the party that he would see to a major transformation of the constituency when he is voted into power.

He had earlier led the Vice President in a meet and greet campaign at the same venue.

The Vice President assured the gathering that he would have would implement the best of policies that will change the country when he becomes President.

“Ghana needs a President who will come on board with new and better ideas and policies, not someone who can only talk about raising and distributing chicks…,” he said at a mini rally held in Ablekuma Curve in the Anyaa-Sowutuom constituency.

Ghana, he added, would be better off under a President with the mind of possibility other than one who only things of implementing a 24-hour discotheque policy.

“We want someone with a renewed mind and thinks of possibilities not one interested in implementing a 24-hour discotheque policy…,” he added.
