Ghanaian singer, producer, and songwriter Camidoh has opened up about his journey into music production.
In a recent interview, Camidoh revealed that his passion for music production began when he started learning how to sing.
“My love for music production started when I began loving and listening to Akon,” he shared.
As stated by Camidoh, his passion for music led him to shift his focus from becoming a pilot to pursuing a career in music.
“I said to myself, I don’t want to be a pilot again; I want to be a musician,” he explained.
Despite the challenges, Camidoh’s dedication and passion drove him to teach himself music production.
He further stated that he would often visit recording studios, even when he wasn’t scheduled to record.
“I’d be at the studio while the engineer was recording another artist, and I’d be directing that’s where I started learning all these productions,” he said.
