The National Service Authority (NSA) in collaboration with the Ghana Publishing Company Limited, has created a special desk at the NSA Head Office in Accra to offer gazette services to all national service personnel and prospective graduates, who have issues relating to name discrepancies.
This service will commence at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025.
According to a statement released on Friday, October 10, officials from the Ghana Publishing Company will be on-site to provide emergency gazette services exclusively for graduates dealing with gazette-related concerns as part of their National Service enrolment or documentation process.
This intervention aims to ease the process for affected graduates and ensure that such issues are resolved promptly, eliminating the need to travel to external offices.
The Authority encourages all affected individuals to take advantage of this opportunity to regularise their documentation and avoid any delays in their National Service registration and deployment.
The National Service Authority reaffirms its commitment to improving service delivery, promoting convenience, and ensuring a seamless experience for all service personnel and stakeholders.
The statement was issued by the Corporate Affairs Directorate, National Service Authority (NSA).
