Brother of Akosua Serwaa Fosu, Mr. Emmanuel Anane Boate, has expressed his desire for peace to prevail within the Fosu family amid the ongoing legal dispute surrounding the late Charles Kwadwo Fosu.
During an interview with Zionfelix, Mr. Boate said that as a Christian and a man of peace, he wishes for calm and understanding among all parties involved.
“In my personal opinion I wish there will be peace but the peace is based on the fact that my sister is a legally married wife under the ordinance and I thought under the ordinance she is going to be the widower like we won’t get any problem and the issue now is in court we are praying that sanity will prevail,” he addressed.
He further stated that he is uncertain about how the case will unfold in court but remains hopeful for a peaceful resolution.
“I don’t know what will happen now and the court today, whether there will be engagement of ourselves to… I don’t know, I’m not saying it’s going to be whether we have to take the case out of court or out of court settlement, we don’t know we are all praying,” he added.
According to him, several evangelists are joining the family in prayer for a peaceful outcome.
“We have Evangelist all supporting in prayer so that we see how we can get peace into this matter cause now it has almost become a national issue. I wish peace will be prevailed because I am a Christian and an elder of the Church of Pentecost and I seek peace not war,” he concluded.
