Presenting the cheque on behalf of Fueltrade, Ms. Christabel Sewornu, Chief Human Resource Manager, pointed out that this partnership presents them an opportunity to support impactful and sustainable educational interventions, particularly in the areas of scholarship and infrastructure which are essential elements for youth empowerment.

In a communique signed by the Deputy Director of Finance of Fueltrade, Mr. Baffour Appiah Danquah he expressed their pleasure to collaborate with GETFund through this initiative.

He stressed that Fueltrade remained firmly dedicated to investing in the communities in which it operated and to supporting initiatives that promote long term socio-economic development.

As part of the partnership framework, he disclosed that GETFund has negotiated with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to ensure that donations to the Fund qualified for tax deductions under the Income Tax Act 2015 (ACT 896).
