The Ghana Football Association will officially unveil Asamoah Gyan as its new Ambassador on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at a ceremony in Accra’s Pelican Hotel at 7pm.
The event will honor his legacy with the Black Stars while positioning him as a key figure in mobilizing support ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
He is expected to lead promotional campaigns and corporate partnerships, and take part in engagements designed to unite Ghanaians behind the team as they head to North America for the tournament.
The GFA also says he will represent the association at official meetings and help push the development of the national teams and Colts football.
