The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced a two-day mid-term break for all public basic schools across the country.

In a notice shared on its Facebook page, GES said the break will run from Monday, June 8 to Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

The directive applies to all public basic schools.

Academic work expected to continue on Wednesday, June 10.

Parents and guardians are advised to take note of the dates and make the necessary arrangements for their wards.
