The Jasikan District Hospital in the Oti Region has commended the Management of Adonko Company Limited for supporting the facility and other hospitals in the country with products that will help boost the fight against the COVID-19 disease in the country.
The company through the Adonko project has been donating to several health facilities across the country to help the fight against COVID-19. Items donated by the team include boxes of the original Adonko Hand Sanitiser, nose masks and boxes of the Adonko Next Level Energy Drink.
It is in recognition of this gesture that the management of the hospital presented a letter of appreciation to the Adonko team.
The Jasikan district hospital received 1,000 pieces of nose masks, 120 rolls of tissue papers, 500 bottles of Adonko original hand sanitizer and 120 pieces of Next level energy drink.
The hospital is the sole center for the treatment and management of COVID-19 disease in the Buem area. The hospital has so far treated and discharged 33 COVID-19 patients in the district.
Medical Superintendent, Dr. Fidelis Atia presented a letter of appreciation to the Director for special projects at the Adonko group, Mr. Asamoah Gyamfi.
