The running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Jane Opoku Agyemang has allegedly written to the University of Cape Coast (UCC), to renew her teaching contract for the 2020/21 academic year.
Speaking Monday on the ‘Fabewoso’ segment on the ‘Anɔpa Bɔfoɔ‘ Morning show on Angel 102.9 FM, host Captain Smart alleged that Prof. Opoku Agyemang has sent a letter to the University’s Academic Board asking that her teaching contract be renewed for the 2020/21 academic year.
According to Captain Smart, she sent the letter to institution after she accepted to become the running mate of the NDC’s Presidential Candidate, John Dramani Mahama.
Captain Smart further claimed that Prof Opoku Agyemang had been receiving her salary from the UCC since her appointment as running mate of the opposition party.
